Professional Development Opportunities for teachers

Gina offers bespoke and off the shelf courses for secondary, primary schools and nurseries. All courses can be offered as a whole school training and can be adapted to suit a full day or a twilight session.  A number of courses are also offered to schools to join on a per person basis, please take a peek to see our forthcoming courses.

Philosophy for Children - Gina offers taster courses, bespoke courses; such as P4C in the Outdoors or P4C in Early Years and validated Level 1 courses. Gina is also an assessor for the linked schools award and a validated trainer in P4C.  She can offer support to schools wishing to work towards the  Philosophy for Children Schools Awards offered through the Society for the Advancement of Philosophical Enquiry and Reflection in Education (SAPERE)  and offers linked classroom days to model the approach in the indoor or outdoor classroom.

Thinking Moves - Gina offers training in Thinking Moves A-Z as a accredited trainer for trainer for Dialogue Works

Outdoor Learning - Gina is a validated trainer for Learning through Landscapes and offers many of their training courses including; 'Increasing biodiversity in your school grounds', 'Introducing fire lighting and woodlands skills' and 'Getting the most out of loose parts and den making'. Gina also offers course linked to Forest Schools.


Global Learning - Finally Gina offers an advisory service to schools, specialising in Global Education, school grounds development and experiential and outdoor education.
