Gina offers bespoke and off the shelf courses for secondary, primary schools and nurseries. All courses can be offered as a whole school training, with many course now having online options. Courses can be adapted to suit a full day or a twilight session. A number of courses are also offered to schools to join on a per person basis, please take a peek to see our forthcoming courses. Please note for all course bookings we will do our very best to accommodate re-scheduling of trainings where there is a strong need. Minimum notice of 2 weeks is required (term time, not including school holidays), outside of these times we will request a minimum of 50% course payment, If notice is less than 1 week, full payment will be requested.
Philosophy for Children (P4C) - Gina offers a range of P4C courses including; P4C in the Outdoors; P4C in Early Years and Key Stage 1, Progression in P4C P4C and the Curriculum, Thinking with Nature and validated Level 1 courses. Further information on whole school staff training to level 1 can be found here. Gina is a validated trainer and assessor for the linked schools award offered through the Society for the Advancement of Philosophical Enquiry and Reflection in Education (SAPERE) and regularly supports schools wishing to work towards the P4C Schools Awards , this includes classroom days to model the approach in the indoor or outdoor classroom. In partnership with Jane Yates - Philosopher's backpack we are also pleased to offer Philosofuns!

Thinking Moves - This new course introduces meta-cognition and 26 moves to support thinking. Gina is an accredited trainer for Dialogue Works.

Outdoor Learning - Gina is a validated trainer for Learning through Landscapes and offers many of their training courses including; 'Increasing biodiversity in your school grounds', 'Introducing fire lighting and woodlands skills' and 'Getting the most out of loose parts and den making'. Gina also offers course linked to Forest Schools, Outdoor P4C - including SAPERE course 'Thinking with Nature', and Outdoor Adventures. She has worked with many schools on a series of outdoor trainings to embed work across the curriculum.
Global Learning - Having worked in Global Education for over 20 years, Global Learning is in everything that we do. We also offer specific courses to support schools in Global learning, such as 'Thinking Citizens through Thinking Games and continue to work with Development Education Centres and the UK Global Learning Association.
